About the Role
Under general direction of the department head, the Strategic Market Research Analyst will conduct collection and synthesis of quantitative data around our marketing efforts across advertising campaigns, printed media, and digital marketing. This role is crucial in improving the decision-making progress, creating comprehensive marketing campaigns, and predicting the performance of our medical products and services in the marketplace.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct market research, utilizing surveys, focus groups, and interviews to gather data.
Interpret and visualize data using tools such as Tableau, SPSS, Python, and Excel to present findings to executives and clients.
Quantify data using natural language processing techniques and transform data into numerical form to determine churn.
Analyze sales funnels and customer intent, gaining insights from browsing patterns and product consideration.
Design SEM campaigns leveraging data and monitor sales trends to measure effectiveness of marketing programs and strategies.
Build and maintain analytical models to analyze consumer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits.
Perform marketing spending efficiency auditing, including Google Analytics analysis and Advertisement Budgeting.
Strategize and forecast based on current trends and future developments in local, regional, and national markets.
Design, develop, and implement all aspects of primary and market research projects including research methodology design, data collection, data analysis, report development, and client presentations.
Recommend appropriate research methodologies, sampling procedures, survey designs, and analysis plans.
Identify, develop, and implement innovative research tools to expand market research capabilities.
Use analytical tools like decision trees, probability distribution, regression analysis to predict demand.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
Minimum of 3 months of related experience.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, SPSS, Python, and Excel.
Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, SEM campaigns, and marketing efficiency auditing.
Strong quantitative skills, particularly in data analysis and predictive modeling.
Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex data in an understandable way.
